About Us

Peak Contact Inc. is a privately-held company specializing in contact centre services. Peak offers a full suite of services including outsourcing, consulting, application development, hosted IVR, answering services, overflow and disaster recovery.

Formed in 2007, Peak was born out of the need in the market for a full service consultancy with the ability to design high-level contact centres end-to-end, for the insurance, security, and healthcare industries.

Located in Toronto, Peak is comprised of industry professionals with a wealth of experience in telecom, application development, insurance and healthcare.
